Service Description

I offer supervision to freshers in counselling psychology with upto 2 years of experience. I am an eclectic therapist and integrate practices like CBT, REBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy along with DBT to some extent. I specialise working with anxiety, depression, inner child work & childhood trauma, stress & anger management, relationship issues, body image & eating disorders.
